To: Parents of Big Pasture High School Juniors
From: Big Pasture Schools
Date: September 4, 2019
Big Pasture High School is communicating with parents of students who are juniors during the
2019-20 school year.
Our school district plans to administer the ACT test in spring 2020 to eligible juniors as part of the state contract with the Oklahoma State Department of Education and ACT.
Last year over 95% of Oklahoma schools chose to administer the ACT. Our district believes this is an excellent opportunity for all eligible juniors to take the ACT at no cost to them or their families.
Should you have any questions/comments, please let us know by October 1, 2019.

Oklahoma School Report Card
Please use the following link to access the Oklahoma School Report Card. Under the ESSA, beginning with information from the 2017-2018 school year, report cards must be posted annually on SEA and LEA websites. (ESEA section 1111(h) (1) (A), (B)(iii) and (h)(2)(A), (B)(iii)). At the core of the Oklahoma School Report Cards is the belief that all students can grow and all schools can improve. While no student report card tells the full story of a child, no school report card tells the full story of a school. Education is far more than a single score or letter grade, but it is important that families and communities can see both strengths and areas that need support and improvement.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Accountability at (405) 522-5169 or email@example.com. If you have any questions after looking through the information, please feel free to contact the district.
