Big Pasture Public School is using the online enrollment and gradebook system, SylogistED and we’re excited about the progress and time saving functionality. Online Enrollment is for EVERY student planning to attend school at Big Pasture,
paper packets are no longer available. You can also download the WengagebySylogist app on your phone to complete this process.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO BIG PASTURE SCHOOLS
Step 1: You will need your student’s birth certificate, proof of residency, shot record, report card or progress report from the previous school in order to complete this information.
Step 2: Then, go to Big Pasture website and click the Sylogist Ed link then click on Request an Account. Students may NOT request an account. This account request is for the GUARDIANS only. Enter the GUARDIAN name, phone number, and email address. Requests under the student name will not be activated, and you will have to send another request under the GUARDIAN name. **If you request an account outside of school hours or Enrollment Nights, your account will be activated when we return to the office. Please do not send more than one account request.** Once your account is authorized, you will receive an email with your temporary password. Then, the website will direct you through the necessary steps to complete the process.
Step 3: Using the credentials in the email you receive, you will have your account username/password to login to the website. At that point, click on Student Records Portal, and "Add New Student." Then, the website will direct you through the necessary steps to complete the process. After completing all the required enrollment forms, you will receive an email back that states your students enrollment has "POSTED" meaning the enrollment is complete.
If you are enrolling a PreK student, you will follow the same instructions as above, but on the Transfer Request, enter PreK and none for the address.

IF YOU ARE A RETURNING GUARDIAN (you had a student at Big Pasture School last year) you will go to Big Pasture website and click the Sylogist Ed link and login to your account. Then click Student Records Portal, then click on the student for which you would like to complete enrollment.
If you have forgotten your username: Go to our website (Big Pasture website) and click Sylogist Ed under either school site (Ex: JH/HS or Elementary). Scroll down and click Request a New Account. Your account will be verified and you will receive an email with your username. (This process will not duplicate your account)
If you have forgotten your password: Go to our website (Big Pasture website) and click Sylogist Ed under either school site (Ex: JH/HS or Elementary). Scroll down and click Forgot Password.
After completing all the required enrollment forms, you will receive an email back that states your students enrollment has "POSTED" meaning the enrollment is complete.
